Price: $250 - large residential home

Purpose: Bi-annual survey to determine whether building has gaps in insulation that allows thermal leakage. Thermal leakage = direct transfer of your heating / cooling $ to the outside - without contributing to the comfort in your home.

Scope: Scan building exterior and interior, scan hydro panels and furnace/AC insulation where possible. Scan basic hydro installations for typical problems associated with ageing. Write-up and deliver PDF report, include colour images showing any and all anomalies discovered by the audit.

Job time: up to 2 hours on site, 1 hours+ analysis and report writing

Price: $70 / hour

Purpose: Predictive maintenance survey to determine electrical component heat buildup often indicating loose connections, worn (fatigued) switchgear, corrosion buildup, insulation problems, sparking and arcing. Load imbalances are often detected.

Scope: Scan switchgear, junctions, motors, panels, as indicated by client.

Job time: Residences average 1 1/2 hour. Industrial - determined by customer.

Price: $70 / hour.

Scope: Scan and capture images of all componets as required by customer. Analyse images for discontinuations, thermal differences and anomalies.

Job time: Worst case scenario for analysis time : 1 hour on site = 30 images captured = 1 hour analysis time. This is however not typical and is very much job-specific.
